Single-user web alpha. CRM records and documents are saved in this browser using IndexedDB and AES-GCM encryption. The key is stored in the same browser profile; this does not protect against someone using your account or a malicious browser extension.
Imported files and text from OCR are not uploaded to a CRM server or an AI provider. Loading the website and files for OCR contacts the hosting provider. There is no cross-device synchronization or shared user login in this version.
Clearing site data or using a private window may cause data loss. Download an encrypted backup regularly. One daily restore point is created while the site is open or in use; backup and follow-up stop when the browser closes. The browser cannot verify that 500 GB of disk space is free, so it cannot safely apply the seven-copy desktop rule.
Web encrypted backups use a separate format; to transfer from Windows use an export of JSON then the transfer-data button. This file is unencrypted; keep it private. This export excludes trash, undo history and raw source files.
Deleted records are retained for 60 days; expiry is applied on the next write. Undo supports up to 500 actions within a memory limit of 16MB for supported application actions. Scanned PDF files may require OCR, and hidden or missing text in damaged paper cannot be recovered.
Sending and opening communication services are disabled by the owner. No automatic sending or live connection to WhatsApp, email or business management, accounting, payroll or AI. This edition does not include billing, subscriptions or mobile store applications.
Interface languages include English, Arabic and French; some French translations are still incomplete. Extraction with OCR supports all three languages. The owner's personal data was not automatically transferred to this website.
